Orders are processed the day after they are placed and sent every day from Monday to Friday.

For delivery in France, shipping costs are free for all orders exceeding 65 euros (including tax) (5 euros including tax otherwise).

For other destinations, shipping costs are as follows:

  • DROM-COM : 9.50 euros TTC.

  • European Union and Switzerland: 12.50 euros including VAT.

  • Armenia, Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Macedonia, Morocco, Moldavia, Montenegro, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine: 17 euros incl. VAT

  • Rest of the world: 25 euros including tax

It is reminded that the DROM-COM constitute customs territories distinct from metropolitan France. The same applies to countries outside the European Union. If you wish to have your order delivered to these territories, you may have to pay customs duties and taxes, the amount of which cannot be calculated in advance.

An order can only be sent to one postal address.

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your order number and the tracking number of your parcel with the carrier (if the carrier offers this service).

You can download your invoice from the "My Account" area on our website.

You have several means of payment to choose from online when ordering: 

  • Credit card: Carte bleue, e-carte bleue, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard.
    The online payment is made in a secure environment through a payment provider 

  • Paypal

We do not accept payment by cheque.

You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you return your order within 14 days of receiving the products, we will refund you upon receipt of the returned products.

The products must be returned in their original condition and complete so that they can be remarketed in new condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds are made to the account associated with the card used for payment.
